We are looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team.*Position Overview:*We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to deliver exceptional dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to grow within our practice.*Key Responsibilities:** Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create individualized treatment plans.* Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry services.* Knowledge of Digital Scanning - Itero and Primescan, CEREC, CBCT, DIgital Surgical Guides, Soft Tissues Lasers, Etc - Preferred, but not required* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.* Utilize advanced dental technology and equipment.* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.* Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.* Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, procedures, and industry developments.*Qualifications:** DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.* Valid state dental license to practice in New Hampshire.* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates with exceptional skills will also be considered).* AEGD or GPR Preferred* Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.* Commitment to continuing education and professional development.*What We Offer:** Competitive compensation package (base salary + commission).* Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental coverage, and retirement plan.* Continuing education and professional development opportunities.* Supportive and collaborative work environment.* State-of-the-art facility with the latest dental technology.* Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the practice.*How to Apply:*If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic dentist looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
