Job Description:

Leads business case development, business requirement documentation, and executional components to deliver enhanced customer

experience and domain capability services on Fidelity’s Digital Platform. Coordinates with the management team to stay aligned on

business and technology goals. Maintains and prioritizes the backlog of user stories. Writes user stories to inform team member’s work.

Leads the team on assigned work and ongoing releases.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifies and defines challenges and opportunities to enhance Fidelity’s digital capabilities and digital experience for branch/phone

representatives, customers, and prospects.

• Works cross functionally with team leads to ensure alignment across the organization.

• Represents client needs and requirements.

• Determines commonalities among clients to build reusable and scalable services.

• Identifies opportunities and develops strategies to ensure client requirements are met.

• Facilitates product demos with real-time feedback from clients.

• Supports key organizational strategies and KPIs including driving up customer satisfaction and building resilient, reusable digital

capabilities.

• Defines output acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

• Leads and manages resources across all partner teams in the planning, design, development, test, and deployment to support

releases/projects associated with the product.

• Collaborates with key stakeholder teams to align with the product strategy and multi-year roadmap.

• Removes blockers or impediments that prevent team progress.

• Identifies opportunities, develops strategies, and drives application reuse and optimization across the product.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Marketing, Management Science, Computer Information Systems, Business

Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience

in business or systems analysis and project management within a financial services environment.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Marketing, Management Science, Computer Information Systems,

Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years

of experience in business or systems analysis and project management within a financial services environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) managing custom software development projects for building and maintaining web based applications,

mobile applications, and enterprise-wide application services (APIs) according to Agile and Waterfall methodologies within a financial

services environment.

• DE project managing information technology development projects with multiple stakeholders, including managing project changes

and the deliverables of multiple systems development teams, working in a matrix team environment that includes company employees,

external stakeholders and offshore teams; performing technical and data analysis for status reporting, financial reporting, and operations

metrics and statistics; and managing resources, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation.

• DE performing systems and business analysis of investment management applications -- to support trading, portfolio management,

moving money, account management, portfolio construction, research and compliance -- within a financial services environment.

• DE gathering requirements and executing all phases of the systems development project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through

implementation, including developing and maintaining the project plan, modeling use cases, creating data flow diagrams, mock ups,

prototypes, stories and process flow diagrams -- using UML, Visio, JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel.
