Job Description:
Builds reusable software applications using NodeJs, ExpressJs,
and modern UI frameworks (Angular and React). Develops robust
front-end experiences and user-centered products, services,
software applications, and platforms at scale using Angular 8+,
React, Typescript or JavaScriptCore, Java, HTML 5, and CSS/C++.
Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple
software applications. Primary Responsibilities: Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in
multiple platforms. Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several
divisional initiatives. Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to
implementation. Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance
testing. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
supporting several corporate initiatives. Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems. Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a
project. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3)
years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of
experience developing Web applications in a financial services or
banking-sector environment. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or
one (1) year of experience developing Web applications in a
financial services or banking-sector environment. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing and developing front-end
Web applications (cross-browser compatible and responsive) using
Html 5, Css3, Angular, React, and JavaScript; developing User
Interface (UI) Rich Web applications for products according to
business requirements using Visual Studio, Webstorm, IntelliJ, and
Xcode; and performing code optimization using CSS
preprocessors. DE developing Web applications using Single Page Applications
(SPA) based on NodeJS, ExpressJs framework, DynamoDB (AWS database
system), GraphQL, and Java; testing applications using Protractor
and Jasmine with test runner as Karma; and performing application
bundling using Webpack, Browserify, and Babel with DOM
Manipulation. DE designing highly interactive and customized UI prototypes
using Figma and Invision; tracking visitor flow and interaction
using Google Analytics; developing charts using embedded JSON, API
data calls (REST), Highcharts, and D3 Javascript Library;
performing application monitoring using Splunk. DE performing in the full Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC); performing Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
(CI/CD) using Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Docker and Atlassian Bamboo;
and storing artifacts using Jfrog Artifactory and Git (for
