Job Description:
Position Description: Resolves challenging business programs and supports emerging
initiatives, using quantitative and analytical methods. Leads the
day-to-day management of strategy consulting projects. Delivers
discreet analysis, synthesizes and breaks down problems through
research, and offers prospective for input into broad business
conversations. Conducts research and analysis to synthesize
findings and develop practical recommendations. Conducts primary
and secondary research to develop insights into conclusions used to
support cross office, business-unit wide initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Directs market analysis, internal capability and product
assessments, competitor intelligence, customer research,
opportunities identification, and financial analysis/modeling. Gathers data and input from senior level associates to build
consensus with key partners. Leads storytelling, answer generation, and thought leadership
for projects. Manages projects for key organization initiatives -- enabling
customer growth, improving existing customer and client service
models, and identifying new product development opportunities. Drives research and analysis required to support hypotheses and
answer-generation for projects. Communicates with and influences leadership through
relationship-building and high-quality presentations. Collaborates with management across functions to identify
opportunities for innovation and growth. Conducts organizational studies and evaluations. Designs systems and procedures and conducts work simplification
and measurement studies. Prepares operation and procedure manuals to assist management in
operating more efficiently and effectively. Documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for
implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational
changes. Interviews personnel and conducts observations to ascertain unit
functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel
used. Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative
methods of proceeding on current and long-term trends in the
organization's market position and financial situations. Education and Experience: Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related field and
three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years
of experience performing advisory or management consulting of
strategy and technology initiatives in a financial services or
consulting environment. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing industry analysis,
product/service evaluation, opportunity identification, operational
improvement, and business case development, using Microsoft Office
Suite, SAP ABAP, Tableau, and SQL. DE developing and delivering strategy presentations for optimal
use of SAP technology to address business needs -- financial
accounting, and payment and materials management -- to influence
senior management and client executives in strategic
decision-making. DE performing strategy development -- quantitative modeling and
analysis, program management, go-to-market strategy, and business
transformation -- using Microsoft Excel and Tableau. DE developing and testing strategic decision hypotheses to find
feasible solutions and performing quantitative and qualitative
analysis, secondary research, and competitive benchmarking using
