Job Description:
Position Description: Collaborates with onsite business partners to enhance analytical
capabilities and develop new behavioral driven models to identify
cross selling opportunities and improve digital engagement.
Synthesizes multiple sources of information, including primary
market research, database, digital, and unstructured analytics, and
competitive intelligence into integrated analyses that provide
tactical and strategic recommendations. Liaises with onsite
stakeholders to identify and finalize program enhancements.
Develops and supplies optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for
program evaluation, review, or implementation. Primary Responsibilities: Develops enhancements to allow programs to better leverage data
warehouse and lakes. Connects survey data to call intent and content metrics to
analyze customer feedback. Performs validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and
reformulates models as necessary. Collaborates with business partners and decision makers to
identify and solve a variety of problems and clarifies management
objectives. Analyzes information obtained from management to conceptualize
and define operational problems. Prepares management reports, defines and evaluates problems, and
recommends solutions. Enhances customer satisfaction survey processes to improve
accuracy and identify opportunities for automation. Collaborates with onsite business partners and vendors to design
and develop enhancements to reporting platforms. Enhances onsite analytical capabilities and resources, using
highly-customized digital platforms. Develops and implements enhanced models to analyze predictive
behavioral drivers of customer satisfaction. Formulates and applies mathematical modeling and optimizing
methods to develop and interpret information that assists
management with decision making, policy formulation, or other
managerial functions. Collects and analyzes data and develops decision support
software, services, or products. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related
field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five
(5) years of experience leading strategic market research for
customer experience initiatives. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3)
years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of
experience leading strategic market research for customer
experience initiatives. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing data and text analysis --
writing complex SQL and Hive queries -- for data extraction of 1+
million capturing 1000+ variables from data warehouse and Hadoop
environments; performing data analysis, modeling, and reporting,
using Python, R, SPSS, Hyperion BRIO, Qlik Sense, and Clarabridge;
and creating canned and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical
and visualization solutions using visualization tools -- Qlik
Sense, Python, Clarabridge, Medallia, and Qualtrics. DE managing market research programs including, analyzing survey
data, managing samples, designing questionnaires, and analyzing and
reporting. DE collaborating with business partners and vendors to design
and develop complex measurement programs, segmentation, and
conjoint pricing studies; and designing and deploying customized
surveys for data extraction across sources on customer
activities. DE mapping customer decision journeys and analyzing customer
touch points -- customers financial actions, and interaction
history and characteristics -- through 360 degree data mining using
sources of warehouse and survey data and applying advanced
analytics methods (Logit Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest,
Clustering, and Market Basket); and researching and designing
customer experience measurement solutions around customer
