Nursing Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in the planning,
developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the
day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department Assist in
developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other
resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents total
regimen of care Assist with quality review and systems management
for the nursing department Share on call responsibility with DNS
and other nurse managersRequirements: Must be a graduate of an
accredited school of nursing Must possess and maintain a current
Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in
good standing with the NH Board of Nursing Must have at least two
years experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility long-term
care setting Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices
and procedures that pertain to long-term care Must be CPR/BCLS and
IV certifiedby Jobble
