The F-35 Block 4 Program Manager for Advanced Programs will have responsibility for the development of game-changing capabilities for the F-35 platform. This role offers the opportunity to develop technology in an extremely dynamic environment. It's multi-disciplinary, complex, involves multiple key suppliers, and operates against a backdrop of a challenging cost and schedule baseline. What's more, the outputs of the effort serve the F-35 as well as the broader leverage strategy for the enterprise. Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Direct people-management responsibility is typically required for (001727, 000417 & 00457).

* Experience integrating scope, schedule, budget for successful execution of program objectives

* Ability to lead cross functional teams (i.e., Engineering, Suppliers, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks, especially in a classified environment

* Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of PM duties

* Actively manage customer and supplier relationships to achieve positive outcomes for all parties



Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills



* Master's degree

* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification
