Whether it's defining a campaign strategy, writing landing page copy, building a nurture flow, or reporting on success metrics, you know how to get the job done.What You'll Do

  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with the Strategic Marketing and Sales teams, as well as other Marketing team members.
  • Develop and execute tactical demand gen plans to support marketing campaigns using channels such as a paid search, paid social, email, SEO, display advertising, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Craft messages and calls to action that target both executives and designers/engineers
  • Provide the Sales team with campaign/program enablement and education.
  • Evaluate campaign/program performance and optimize the demand gen strategy to increase conversion rates.
  • Manage agency partners when they are involved in program execution.
  • Assist with planning and managing company participation in corporate level events and trade shows.What You'll Bring
    • 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a semiconductor company
    • Clear understanding of nurture best practices and ability to create supporting programs to move leads down the funnel after initial acquisition through a digital program
    • Experience with paid platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
    • Experience building, testing, and optimizing landing pages for conversion
    • Deep understanding of campaign KPIs, the marketing funnel, and MQL to SQL conversion strategies
    • Focus on analytics and metrics; quickly leverage data to make decisions and optimize campaigns with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best possible results
    • Excellent project management skills with previous experience managing multiple, competing, time-sensitive priorities
    • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Experience setting up campaigns and reporting in marketing automation and CRM systemsNice-to-Haves/Other
