mid-level professional with a strong interest in improving human
health in buildings, organizations and communities and a proven
track record of success developing new business in sales leadership
roles. This role will be responsible for selling IWBI---s newest
product offering: a licensing program designed to accelerate and
expand the impact, ease of implementation and adoption of WELL in
the market. This licensing program will enable product and systems
manufacturers to license a WELL mark to demonstrate alignment
with/contribution to features in the WELL standard.
Requirements:
At least 5 years proven track record
of developing new business and managing existing clients An
aptitude to navigate multidimensional sales cycles that require
value-selling to decision makers in the product and systems
manufacturing space. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- written as well as speaking and presenting --- articulate,
assertive, and confident.-- The ability to successfully influence
executive decision makers to enroll in WELL programs. Mastery of
consultative selling and the ability to be a trusted client
advisor. Strong strategic relationship building skills at
leadership level. Strategic thinking and knowledge of where we need
to go and how to get there-- Financial literacy and business
acumen. Should be astute in understanding of the financial
implications of decision-making regarding capital expenditures,
cost of ownership models, ROI, leasing, human capital metrics, UN
Sustainable Development Goals, GRESB, ESG reporting etc. Knowledge
of sustainable building practices, building systems and basic
infrastructure Experience in a customer-facing role, working with a
similar spectrum of clients -- Responsibilities:
Manage full-funnel sales pipeline
reaching quarterly targets for deals at every stage in the sales
cycle (e.g. prospecting --- close) Conduct market research,
utilizing various data sources, to strategically identify business
development opportunities. In partnership with the Leadership team,
create forecasts and targets for assigned accounts and/or
territories; design and execute strategies and tactics to achieve
these goals Build and maintain relationships with key market
stakeholders globally, such as owners, developers, investors,
tenants, human resources and workplace wellness professionals,
design and sustainability consultants, real estate firms and other
industry partners Collaborate with the Marketing team to guide the
development of client presentations and materials for various
audiences and decision makers. Increase exposure of WELL and
further market development efforts by attending and/or speaking at
industry events, conferences, and other external engagements Help
build and scale IWBI---s business development practice for this
newly conceived licensing product. Assist in the onboarding of new
sales team members and partner with marketing, user experience and
technology teams to provide the market insights needed to build a
successful product. The successful candidate thrives in a

Credentialed-- Are LEED AP Credentialed-- Convey empathy and
delivers exceptional customer experience including sensitivity to

understanding of client---s issues and problem-solve Are proficient
in HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Applications Location: NY or Remote
