Job Description:
The Director of eCommerce Product Management will be responsible
for leading mybobs.com and related digital products throughout the
product life cycle - vision, strategy, planning, execution, and
measurement - in support of the company's eCommerce and omnichannel
strategies and growth objectives. Reporting to the Vice President
of eCommerce, you will play a critical role in the success of our
fast-growing $200+ million eCommerce channel and in increasing
eCommerce share of $200 billion overall company sales. You will
work directly with owners across IT, Design & UX, Marketing,
Merchandising, Customer Experience, Store Operations, Delivery,
Customer Support, Finance and Business Intelligence to discover and
deliver effective solutions and best-in-class digital experiences.

working through others to achieve desired outcomes. Job
Responsibilities Define long term eCommerce and omnichannel product
strategies and roadmaps in support of eCommerce growth and our
omnichannel strategy Working in close partnership with
cross-functional partners/stakeholders, lead eCommerce enhancements
and new feature/capability buildout from conception to completion
Assess and identify product opportunities to determine which are
worth pursuing. Develop business cases as needed to justify
investments. Guided by customer research, analytics, and best
practices, determine the right features for a product to ensure its
effectiveness within the market Oversee product strategy
development and define the steps required to bring the product to
fruition Prepare product business requirements and use case
documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external 3rd parties to assess and optimize partnerships,
set and align roadmaps, plan projects and identify risks and
opportunities Use customer feedback and site analytics to identify
customer and/or conversion pain points and guide enhancements and
ongoing development Be an expert with respect to the competition,
tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape Envision and
build an internal team of product managers Propose and manage
overall budgets to ensure success Run beta and pilot programs with
early stage products Act as a leader within the company
Capabilities Influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders and
key executives through use of data and logic Owning the strategy
and feature definition that goes into the development of a product,
specifying requirements for its production and launching its
features Communicating to the product team the various constraints
of the business - from merchandising, marketing, sales, operations,
customer service, finance and legal - Collaborating closely with
designers, engineers, operators and analysts to discover and
deliver effective solutions to market, on time and within budget
Contributing to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and
customers, and the data about how they engage with our products
Analyzing data to derive meaningful insights and quickly diagnose
and correct any problems Agile mindset, adjusting quickly to

Minimum 10 years experience as a Product Manager Demonstrated
success and extensive experience defining and launching excellent
digital products Advanced understanding of the techniques and
methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to influence
cross-functional teams without formal authority Examples of
effective documents delivered in the past Experience with eCommerce
platforms and applications (SAP Commerce Cloud a plus) Proficient
in relevant software applications Experience in the retail industry
