We have an immediate opening for a Site Civil Project Manager in any of our NH, MA, or CT office locations. This role is focused primarily on civil site development and stormwater projects, but also contributes support to projects at dams, solid waste facilities, waterfronts, and construction sites. We appreciate a versatile, multi-talented candidate that has a strong work ethic, enjoys taking on responsibility and new experiences, excels at client service, works independently as well as part of a team, and is motivated to perform high-quality work. RESPONSIBILITIES:Familiarity in applying regulations and codes Knowledge of civil site design and permittingStormwater management and treatmentExperience with Low Impact Development DesignsWorking knowledge with HydroCAD or equivalentPreparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)Preparation of Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) PlansPreparation of design plans, specifications, and technical figures Data assessment, feasibility studies, and report preparationAssistance with writing proposalsPreparation and administration of bid packagesConstruction oversight and contractor management; and Strong technical communication and presentation skills QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of experience in civil/site developmentProfessional Engineer registration preferredProficient with AutoCAD and Civil Design/Civil 3D Knowledge of some federal and state (New England Region) permit regulationsProficient in MS Office suite of productsProven ability to effectively communicate at all levels both verbal and written Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered Verdantas is highly supportive of personal and professional growth.
