QUANTEM AVIATION IS HIRING A DIRECTOR OF SALES
(Location TBD - Near A Major North American Base of Operations) We are currently providing an opportunity for a well-rounded, business-minded, customer satisfaction focused professional to join our team in the position of Director of Sales to collaborate and implement Inland Group tactical sales plan while establishing and nurturing key client relationships with airport authorities, airlines, and other potential Inland Group non-airport business customers. - ABOUT YOU:

You are responsible and accountable for implementing all strategic sales activities that are set by company Executive Management and owners. A proactive, strategic thinker, you use your keen awareness and understanding of new environmental technology and trends to help achieve Inland's sales goals and objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritize your workload. Open communication and your ability to represent our company in a courteous and professional way and maintain good relations are critical. ABOUT THE POSITION: Aside from the excitement of ensuring that the Quantem brand is maximized with their target audience, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contribute to the growth of Quantem by playing an active and communicative role as a member of the Quantem Aviation Sales Team.
  • Provide strong sales leadership through building relationships, motivating prospective clients, and closing sales opportunities for QAS to exceed both tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Be proactive, through analytical monitoring and analyzing sales activity against goals.
  • Overseeing and monitoring and reporting on the sales cycle and pipeline.
  • Work to ensure timely and thorough administration of current sales contracts.
  • Responsible for maximizing QAS client portfolio with potential customers. -
  • Ensure the success of the organization through the identification of growth opportunities, the management of key relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement the QAS sales strategy in conjunction with the VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategy CAPA.
  • Keep stakeholders and partners abreast of changes, improvements, successes, and the "Quantem Story."
  • Actively solicit information on Company developments and accomplishments.
  • Assist in the formulation of goals and objectives relating to marketing, sales, and customer retention.
  • Supervise the preparation of, distribution, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotional items and ensuring updated information is being distributed to appropriate industry publications and periodicals in conjunction with the VP of Sales and Marketing, COO, and CEO.
  • Participate in and manage the preparation of tenders and proposals, including the coordination of pricing and responses to RFPs and unsolicited business proposals.
  • Perform in-depth review during the negotiation process to assess risk related to service level agreements and contract terms.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that customer service levels are aligned with customers' expectations and any issues (service, billing, or collection) that arise are addressed immediately to maintain and improve the business relationship.
  • Disseminate information to the VP of Sales and Marketing and other appropriate staff apprised of customer issues in order to proactively address and preserve the integrity of the relationship.
  • Define and maintain key indicators and metrics for the Sales Dashboard in conjunction with the VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Performs other duties assigned by Quantem management.
  • Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and permits. Please Note: This role requires extensive domestic and international travel. - Required Skills and Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
    • Extensive knowledge (10+ Years) in the Aviation Industry.
    • General working knowledge of commercial real estate assessment, leasing, and contracting. -
    • Goal-oriented with an established track record in leading teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary leadership team to achieve shared goals.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills -
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct negotiations with Airline Executives and other industry stakeholders.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and to represent the Company at business meetings and industry trade fairs etc.
    • Exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership of managers based in numerous geographical locations.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, curriculum, and procedure manuals.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to work with all levels of management while communicating issues and making recommendations - and to act as a liaison with support departments. -
    • Strong time management skills and ability to judge urgency and project deadlines.
    • Proven ability to build long-standing, valuable client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
