government forward! Position Overview The Project Manager is
responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects
within the organization, ensuring successful execution in alignment
with scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations. This role
includes personnel management, financial oversight, and direct
interaction with DoD clients and military stakeholders. The Project
Manager applies project management best practices and Agile
methodologies to guide teams, allocate resources, mitigate risks,
and deliver high?quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is an
organized, detail?oriented leader with strong communication skills
and a proven ability to manage technical and cross?functional
teams. What you'll do: Oversee and manage multiple projects across
technical and operational domains Lead personnel management
activities, including team performance, tasking, mentorship, and
conflict resolution Manage project financials, including budgeting,
forecasting, and resource allocation Collaborate closely with DoD
clients and military personnel to understand requirements, address
challenges, and ensure project alignment with mission needs Apply
project management best practices and Agile methodologies to plan,
execute, monitor, and deliver projects Track project performance
metrics and implement corrective actions when needed Coordinate
cross?functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are
achieved on schedule Prepare and deliver regular project status
updates, reports, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively
address project issues Ensure all project activities adhere to
organizational policies, security requirements, and client
expectations What you'll need: 3 years of experience in Project
Management or equivalent successful military experience 2 years of
experience managing projects such as software development,
communications or intelligence systems, or IT?related projects in a
cloud hosting environment Experience with project financial
management including budgeting and resource planning Familiarity
working with DoD clients or military personnel, understanding
mission requirements and operating environments Bonus Points if you
have: AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification PMP Certification
Experience with Agile frameworks Prior experience supporting
Department of Defense (DoD) organizations Strong communication,
organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to
manage multiple concurrent tasks and operate effectively in a
fast-paced environment Experience managing cloud, IT, or
mission?critical technical projects Clearance Must possess an
active TS/SCI?level security clearance As required by local law,

compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District
of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for
this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for
roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide
array of factors, including but not limited to office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal
