innovation?driven manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer
â Molding Systems to take ownership of complex projects, drive
process excellence, and help launch a brand?new molding?based
production line. This role offers $105Kâ$120K and the chance to
shape the future of high?precision manufacturing. What You'll Lead
Design, simulate, and implement molding machinery and processes
Build equipment, fixtures, and automation solutions Set up,
qualify, and maintain a new molding production line Document,
refine, and improve molding processes Evaluate workflows and
identify opportunities for efficiency gains Implement cost?saving
measures and quality control systems Ensure all processes and
equipment meet safety standards Collaborate across engineering,
production, and cross?functional teams Troubleshoot equipment and
resolve complex technical challenges Support procurement,
installation, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring
BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering 2 years
hands?on experience designing or supporting molds and molding
systems 2 years' experience in a production or assembly environment
Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems Ability to
communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams Creative
problem?solving, adaptability, and a continuous?improvement mindset
Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma Bonus: Experience with project
management, risk assessment, DOE Preferred experience with
encapsulation, transfer, compression molding, or potting This is a
high?impact engineering role for someone who thrives in a
