Certified (required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional Ability to work
independently and manage service calls efficiently Clean driving
record and valid drivers license What Youll Do Diagnose, service,
and repair residential HVAC systems Clearly explain issues and
solutions to homeowners Perform work efficiently while maintaining
high quality standards Accurately document work performed and
recommendations Represent the company professionally at all times
