Job Description:
Cumberland Farms ('Cumby's'), a leading name in the convenience
store sector based in Westborough, MA, is seeking a dedicated Field
Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational
efficiency and aesthetic integrity of our various store locations.
You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair tasks in diverse areas such as HVAC,
electrical systems, and fuel dispensing equipment. This position is
ideal for a proactive and skilled technician who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the high
standards of Cumbys service and store condition. Conduct regular
preventive maintenance checks on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
systems to ensure optimal operations. Troubleshoot and repair
issues related to store equipment and facilities, including fuel
dispensers and lighting systems. Respond to emergency maintenance
requests swiftly and efficiently to minimize store downtime.
Coordinate with store managers and other technical staff to
schedule repairs and maintenance without disrupting store
operations. Document and maintain records of maintenance work,
foresee potential problems, and suggest preventive measures. Ensure
compliance with all safety regulations and practices, and maintain
a clean working environment. Proficiency in handling, repairing,
and maintaining HVAC systems. Strong electrical troubleshooting and
repair abilities. Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k EPA Section 608
Certification preferred. Certification in Electrical or Mechanical
Maintenance.
