characterize, qualify, and release to production newly defined
products. Serves as the central resource with design, process,
manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move
to completion and distribution. -ResponsibilitiesLead the test
development of Power Integrated Circuits by applying Design for
Test strategies. An in-depth understanding of ETS-300 and or
ETS-364 tester capabilities, as well as analog circuit knowledge
are fundamental to this process.Develop product Test Lists by
incorporating technical information from numerous resources,
including but not limited to Product Data Sheets, IC Design
documents and customer application documents.Utilize the Test List
documents to design ETS-300/364 test interface hardware for new
products using Altium schematic capture software.Oversee the PCB
layout of ETS-300/364 test interface hardware, including Probe
Cards, DUT cards and Device Interface Boards.Write C++ software for
the ETS-300/364 to fully characterize new product IC's, as well as

and Reliability fixtures to assess product performance.Analyze
Reliability data and generate Life-test drift charts using
statistical analysis tools.Perform Gage Repeatability and
Reproducibility studies to assess the performance of hardware and
software solutions using statistical analysis tools.Prepares all
test fixtures and software for release to high-volume
manufacturing. Responsibilities include Test-Time reduction, Spike
analysis, Loop Studies and publishing performance reports for
critical peer review.Over-see the initial ramp-up of product
release to production, analyzing rejects and improving product
