families and job codes for diverse departments and positions. Your
expertise will contribute significantly to ensuring consistency and
effectiveness in our compensation structures. Responsibilities: •
Lead the development and implementation of job families and job
codes across various departments and positions. • Collaborate with
stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in compensation
frameworks. • Utilize HRIS and other systems to streamline
compensation processes and deliver actionable insights. • Conduct
comprehensive analyses of compensation structures to identify
opportunities for improvement. • Provide expert guidance on
compensation and benefits strategies to support organizational
goals. • Proven experience managing large-scale compensation
projects with measurable success. • Proficiency in using HRIS tools
for compensation analysis and management. • Strong knowledge of
compensation analysis, benchmarking, and industry standards. •
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and
stakeholders. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
