This role is ideal for a bilingual, computer-literate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality, communication, and project delivery excellence. With up to 70 subcontractors in the field and multiple scopes in play, this position is critical to consolidating communication, driving production, and ensuring safety and quality on every job site. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations for commercial wood framing and façade projects Serve as the primary on-site contact across all scopes and subcontractor crews Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure productivity and timelines Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proactively identifying and correcting hazards Utilize construction software such as ProCore and Trimble for documentation and coordination Conduct regular inspections and maintain punch-list accountability Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to lead project execution Foster strong communication with clients, GCs, and subcontractor crews Drive job site efficiency by ensuring crews have what they need, when they need it Qualifications 5 years of experience in construction field supervision, ideally with commercial framing or envelope work Strong familiarity with panelized wall systems and wood framing Proficient in ProCore, Trimble, or other construction management software Comfortable reading blueprints and technical construction documents Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required High level of organization, initiative, and accountability No formal licensing required – we’ll cover OSHA 30 and hoisting certifications if needed Benefits Weekly pay Performance and year-end bonuses Company truck & fuel card Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays) Paid training and certifications Tech package (smartphone or tablet) Travel per diem as applicable Real opportunities for career advancement and leadership growth Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday Overtime as needed Location On-site at various commercial projects Based in North Conway, NH Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
