In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial process piping systems. The position is ideal for a skilled plumber with strong troubleshooting ability, a high level of attention to safety and code compliance, and the flexibility to work in diverse industrial settings alongside other trades. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial process plumbing and piping systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Troubleshoot plumbing problems and perform timely, effective repairs Ensure full compliance with local plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards Operate and maintain plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments Conduct leak tests and inspect piping systems for safety and reliability Collaborate with electricians, millwrights, and other trades for seamless project execution\ Assist in mentoring apprentices or junior plumbers on best practices Qualifications Valid Plumbing License (MA or RI preferred) 3 years of experience in an industrial plumbing environment Strong understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents Skilled with plumbing tools, diagnostic systems, and test equipment Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills Able to lift heavy tools and materials, work in confined spaces, and remain on feet for extended periods Reliable team player with strong attention to detail and safety Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as required Valid driver's license Benefits Hourly Pay: $45-$50/hr, plus overtime pay Performance Bonus & Year-End Bonus Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Contribution Annual Profit Sharing Paid Time Off and Holidays Paid Training and Professional Development Weekly Pay Cycle Travel Per Diem & All Travel Expenses Covered Uniforms & Safety Equipment Provided Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project schedule Location Primary Office: Fall River, MA Travel Required: Work may take place throughout New England and across the U.S.; travel time is paid and expenses are fully covered.
