currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator - Lubricants
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Market Content Coordinator, you
are a member of our Brenntag Lubricants team and are responsible
for content creation that drives strategy and supports growth of
the Lubricants businessThe Market Content Coordinator is
responsible for the implementation of Brenntag Lubricant's digital
strategy, online community management, and developing content for
integrated digital campaigns tailored to the lubricants industry.
Executing on the Lubricants digital marketing growth agenda, they
will leverage data, best-in-class technology, and targeting
strategies to find new customers driving customer acquisition and
increasing market share.The interaction and planning between
Brenntag Lubricants, Brenntag Americas marketing, and ExxonMobil
marketing is a vital coordination that needs a focused and targeted
approach.Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with Lubricant
Business Development Managers to develop marketing strategies for
specific principals or product lines which will assist in the
achievement of growth strategies Conduct data mining to identify
new product lines, market trends and growth drivers, and segment
specific content Research and develop all Lubricants content that
supports the businesses strategy, including email automation
campaigns, advertising, website, social media, webinars,
videography, photography, sales literature, and press releases
Initiate internal content generation by reaching out to internal
stakeholders to gather information in order to create supplier
spotlight pages, convert PDFs to pages, and write original content
Assist in the production of promotional videos for all facets of
our business for posting on our website, social media, and
marketing other uses (to include filming, directing and editing)
Assist in the composition of email marketing communications
(e-comms) through Pardot, including lead generation and nurturing,
surveys, newsletters, and product announcements Monitor our
exposure and presence on the web and social media, reacting where
necessary Develop relationships with key vendors Participate in
training necessary for continued development of product and
industry knowledge Collaborate with BNA Marketing team to develop,
execute, manage, and analyze marketing content and strategies
Analyze digital success by reviewing and interpreting monitoring
and tracking metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of
digital initiatives Work with internal teams to monitor, track and
analyze inbound leads from all marketing initiatives to determine a
Return on Investment (ROI) Communicate program highlights and data
analytics to key management Perform other functions such as
coordination of trade shows and promotion materials needed, branded
promotional items, trade associations, customer specific
promotional materials Other adhoc projects as required YOUR PROFILE
1 to 3 years of experience with digital marketing, SEO, and PPC, a
plus but not required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,
Communications, or Business Management Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Highly organized with careful attention to
detail Demonstrated problem solving and conceptual thinking
abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Experience specifically with SalesForce CRM and SalesForce Pardot
(a plus but not required) Some local and national travel will be
