education client is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their
Marketing team, serving as a Google Analytics expert!This position
is available for 100% remote candidates, however their team has a
strong preference for candidates who can work 2x/month onsite in
Manchester, NH.As the Marketing Analyst you will be reporting to
the Director of Marketing Insight and Analytics, working with web
developers, marketing leadership and business end users.You will be
asked to:
- Be a subject matter expert of and manage Google Analytics (UA
and GA4) configuration across marketing properties.
- Define and document site tagging approach that supports smart
data gathering to inform us of site and channel roadmap
improvements.
- You will create and automate ongoing dashboards and reports,
including executive summaries and detailed channel performance
reports that summarize findings, monitor site and channel
performance, track improvement project results, and measure
goals.
- Understand and use data extraction tools to perform in-depth
analysis of site, channel, and customer behavior data from multiple
online and offline data sources (including Google Analytics,
BigQuery, Salesforce, and SQL) to identify customer, channel, and
product insights.
- You will communicate important insights for improvements to
customer site experience, personalization, content, and channel
performance (traffic, conversion, speed, satisfaction) to peers,
managers, and executive leaders across the organization.
- Help design and conduct A/B testing, ad hoc analysis, and
dashboard development. You will evolve and implement testing
strategies to inform their decisions on site and channel
roadmaps.Ideal Marketing Analyst:
- 3 years' experience with web analytics and visualization
technologies such as PowerBI.
- You are a subject matter expert in Google Tech Stack:Google
Analytics Universal and GA4, including Ecommerce, Google Tag
Manager, Data Studio, BigQuery
- Experience using Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Coremetrics, and
Webtrends.
- You are proficient in data analytics technologies such as SQL,
SAS, R, STATA, R, and SPSS.
- Experience in the generation, collection, and analysis of
visitor behavior data that can help us identify relevant business
