  • Engaging senior leadership and business partners to define the PMO mission, goals, and operating model -
  • Ensuring alignment to the cross-departmental roadmaps, create a collective plan to manage dependencies - Process Management and Governance -
    • Providing accountability for Project Management performance, to include schedule, budget and scope. - Ensure consistency in operating methodology and processes, and governance of the PMO team. -
    • Developing and leading the PMO team, putting in place the systems, processes, and ways of working to sustain a high performing team, where skill development, increased agility, collaboration, and improved ways of working are key to success - PMO Team Leadership -
      • Establishing and monitoring staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments for team. -
      • Planning, coordinating, and executing the annual budget process for all PMO activities. Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. - What We Offer:--- -

          • Minimum of 15 years business experience, 5 years in agile or product leadership role -
          • Prior project management, leadership, and continuous improvement experience in business process and technology required -
          • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field -
          • Practical Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Project Management are a plus -
          • Program management skills and experience, plus significant knowledge of productivity tools with evidence of practical application -
