This critical position leads various teams tasked with managing our comprehensive financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and optimizing our financial strategies to support the company's goals. The Senior Manager will also play a pivotal role in developing long-term financial plans and maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency in line with both regulatory requirements and our commitment to customer service excellence. Lead and supervise the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and effective operations. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions and optimize fiscal policies. Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators. Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred but not required.
