is a unique opportunity for students across the country to gain
hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. Our
interns work alongside Experian employees to tackle meaningful
projects and gain valuable skills in their chosen field. During our
summer internship program, interns will have access to the latest
technologies and challenging work. As a summer intern, you'll learn
about our exciting financial inclusion products and programs,
experience philanthropic events that make us a force for good, and

program.--Responsibilities of the--Diversity Equity & Inclusion
include:
- Actively support programmatic efforts to build credit awareness
and trust within underserved communities.
- Help Drive financial empowerment and inclusion among
marginalized communities including but not limited to Black,
Hispanic-Latino and rural American communities.
- Create content including new multi-cultural assets and digital
resources in partnerships with appropriate business and functional
team members to drive success of multi-cultural equity
efforts.
- Assist with special DEI Learning projects such as (Engagement
Badge Program, DEI Learning Measurement and Dashboard)
- Engage with the DEI team to establish dashboards to effectively
identify, monitor, and report on critical metrics to evaluate
Experian's progress on achieving goals, efficacy of related
initiatives, and inform future DEI priorities.
- Assist with the coordination of--developmental workshops,
conferences, and networking events that strengthen Experian's
mission of Financial Inclusion
- Engage in job shadowing and project management skill building
with team members focused on both internal and external
partners.Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor's degree program
in Project Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Consulting,
Content Marketing, or a related degree
- Sound judgment and both quick-on-your-feet and long-term
problem-solving skills
- Effective navigation and strategy execution in a highly
matrixed organization
- Be returning to school in the Fall of 2024 to complete a degree
program
- Experience with Project Management
- Ability to develop presentations
- Familiarity with data analysis & reporting
- Inquisitive and curious about the solutions of

The base pay range for this position is listed above.-- Within this
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.--
This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a

disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid
parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and
