We've had the same system for over 17 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.Aside from Boston, there is also an option to take leads in the South Shore and farther out. Amo Realty is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 12 very small offices in 12 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents.New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000+ or much more.We typically give our agents:*- Around 7 Buyer leads per week (there are also options to take leads farther out for an even higher volume)**- Around 1+ Seller leads per week**- Around 1+ Commercial real estate leads per week (optional)**- Around 10+ Apartment Renter leads per week (optional)** A Massachusetts Real Estate License is Required* At lease some real estate sales experience is requiredApply on Indeed and we'll get back to you asap!Job Type: Full-timePay: $78,723.12 - $270,720.32 per yearBenefits:* Flexible scheduleExperience level:* Under 1 yearSchedule:* Choose your own hoursApplication Question(s):* We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split.
